With more than 50 years of building experience homes and multiple awards, Shea Homes could rest on its laurels, but it doesn’t. Instead, they are always on the lookout for innovative methods to meet homebuyers’ changing needs.
Shea knows that the way homeowners utilize the living spaces in their homes is constantly changing. They focus on making their homes more useable and more adaptable.
Among their most recent innovations is SheaConnect, a suite of smart-home features designed to make your life more convenient. SheaConnect homes come with a standard set of features including Eero Wi-Fi, Amazon Echo Show, Ring Video Doorbell Elite, Genie® or LiftMaster garage door, Honeywell Pro Smart Thermostat, Kwikset or Kevo Electronic Lock, Idevices® wall switch and Cat6 wiring.
Customer service is another area where Shea excels. They genuinely care about making your new home dream a reality and they use innovative technology to do it.
That includes offering virtual model home tours so you can experience the Shea difference on your own time, from wherever you are. During the tour, potential homebuyers can meet with a sales representative to virtually tour the model homes, quick move-in homes and available homesites.
Shea has also partnered with Roomored to allow buyers to see how their design selections will look in the actual rooms in their future home — that includes flooring, cabinets and countertops.
Innovation, quality construction and super customer service. That’s the Shea difference. A difference you can see and feel from the day you visit their model homes —in person or virtually.
Shea will soon begin sales of new designs in Sunterra. Pricing has not been announced but Shea will offer seven floor plans for homes situated on 40-foot homesites and nine plans for homes on 50-foot properties. Designs feature island kitchens, covered patios, studies, flex rooms and entertainment lofts.
