The mid-year RCLCO Real Estate Consulting top 50 master-planned communities report is out, and we have a lot of reasons to brag — we are No. 1 in Texas and No. 3 in the nation!
The annual list ranks communities based on new-home sales from January through June. Builders sold a whopping 774 homes in that time, a 16 percent increase over the previous year.
